All sales of digital artwork are final and non-refundable. Since these are downloadable and virtual products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once the purchase is complete.
Oil Paintings:
We take great care in ensuring our customers are satisfied. For all original oil paintings, we provide detailed video and photo previews of the final piece before shipping. Consequently, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of confirmed damage during transit.
Shipping Damage:
In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@saargallery.com with photos of the damage and the packaging to arrange a resolution.
